Greetings! We are Joel & Anna Cronenwett, the husband-and-wife team behind A2 Garden Guides. We founded our gardening business because we love providing personal garden guidance for our neighbors in SE Michigan.

A little bit about Joel: In addition to 20+ years of experience in private and commercial landscaping, Joel has a degree from the University of Michigan with a focus on botany as well as two years of experience leading land restorations in Illinois. This guy knows his plants! When not in the garden, you might find Joel on the disc golf course or playing tunes on his canjo.
A little bit about Anna: With training and experience in organic urban farming and landscaping, Anna can provide unique ways to incorporate edible plants and permaculture elements into your landscape design. When not in the garden, you might find Anna sewing or crafting, surrounded by her and Joel's four kitties.
Together we have a deep and shared passion for plants and the many ways they enrich our lives: the beautiful interplay of colors and textures, the sound of the wind through the trees, the smells carried with the oxygen they've produced, and the ecosystems they help create that make Michigan one of the most perfect places to live on this planet we call home.
